But you will also find me blasting apart the garbage fat loss diets that are on the market! Why?
Because this type of diet does not work!! Period!
Now what do I mean when I say this type of diet does not work? And I ask that question because I know….. I just know there are people reading this article saying….. “Oh No YOU ARE WRONG they do wor! I know because I lost 25 pounds on my diet!”
Well you may have and goody good for you…… But if I were a gambling man I would wager you ALSO put it all back on and MORE!

2) Way way way too high in carbohydrate, which SPIKES your blood sugar level way way way up, which then turns on the good ol’ Fat Storing Hormone Insulin, which does what?? Starts storing everything you eat as fat!!!
3) And if ALL of this were not bad enough, these types of programs restrict the amount of healthy fat (yes some fat is healthy) you eat, which makes you very very hungry!! And we all know what happens when we get very very hungry, we eat!!! Oh Ya!!
Ok so now we understand why this type of fat loss diet is a no go, so what should you do?

Basically to lose your fat and keep it off you need to eat a healthy diet consisting or all the food groups, watch your portion sizes, and eat 5-6 smaller meals/ snacks a day and move as much as you can.
